Mobifix India reserves the right to modify these terms at any time without prior notice. Continued use of our website or services following any modification constitutes your agreement to the updated terms.

Nature of Our Services

Mobifix India is an independent mobile repair service center. We provide repair and maintenance services for smartphones, tablets, and laptops of all major brands. We are not affiliated with, authorised by, endorsed by, or sponsored by any device manufacturer.

While we endeavour to connect customers with skilled technicians and quality parts, Mobifix India does not guarantee the suitability of repairs for every circumstance. It is your responsibility to inform our technicians of all relevant details about your device's condition prior to service.

Repair Agreement

This agreement commences from the date you book a repair and continues until we have completed or otherwise returned your device and received any payment due from you.

• We shall make reasonable efforts to repair your device, subject to the availability of required parts.
• All services will be performed with our utmost care and skill.
• We use Genuine, OEM, or High-Quality compatible parts for all repairs.
• We may require your device passcode to perform functional checks before and after service. If you prefer not to share this, we can still proceed, but a full functional check will not be possible until your return, which may delay service.
• Any completion time estimate provided is an estimate only and does not constitute a binding obligation. Board-level (Logic Board) repairs may take a minimum of 5 working days.
• If we are unable to complete a repair, or if additional costs arise beyond the initial estimate, we will notify you promptly by phone or email.
• If no fault is found or you do not accept our revised estimate, your device will be returned unrepaired. We reserve the right to charge an inspection fee in accordance with our standard charges.

Manufacturer Warranty

Following a repair, Mobifix India may install its own warranty seals. Any tampering with these seals will void our service warranty.

iOS & Apple Device Repairs

• Mobifix India is an independent repair provider and does not use Apple-original parts unless specifically agreed in writing.
• Repairing your Apple device at Mobifix India will void your Apple warranty.
• Some device features (e.g. Face ID, True Tone) may be affected by third-party component repairs. We will advise you prior to service.

Payment Terms

All charges are due upon completion of the repair service. Accepted payment methods will be confirmed at the time of booking or in-store. Charges include applicable taxes as required by law.

Prices displayed with a * symbol are for reference purposes only; actual pricing may vary based on the condition of your device and the parts required.

Mobifix India reserves the right to revise service pricing at any time. We will make reasonable efforts to inform you of applicable charges prior to commencing any repair work.

Service Warranty

All workmanship carried out by Mobifix India is covered by a 30-day service warranty. If an issue recurs as a direct result of our repair work within this period, we will rectify it at no additional charge. This warranty does not cover new accidental damage, liquid damage, or issues unrelated to the original repair.

Limitation of Liability

Mobifix India shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from the use or inability to use our services, or from the acts or omissions of any third-party service provider. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the specific service in question.

Some jurisdictions do not allow limitations on implied warranties. Your statutory rights that cannot be waived are not affected by these terms.

Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Chennai, Tamil Nadu.
